     A Customized Strength Training Regimen:  I will teach you how to change the way your body feels, looks, and performs by integrating functional fitness that involves strength, balance, flexibility, and improved posture. Dumbbells, resistance bands, resist-a-balls, fitness balls, and rings will be used, while incorporating Yoga and Pilates based moves, to educate and teach you how using your own body weight can improve and add strength in a challenging yet rewarding way. No expensive equipment necessary to create an appealing look both inside and outside!  

       A Customized Cardiovascular-Conditioning program: The foundation of your Fitness routine! This includes how to calculate and use your Target Heart Rate zone during exercise to improve the way your body metabolizes fat and to burn calories efficiently. This is necessary to ensure weight loss and /or weight management, a lower percentage of body fat, improved heart and lung function, and increased endurance which in turn improves your over all strength and condition…both mentally and physically. 

     Flexibility Training: Learn how to increase your range of motion, prevent injuries from occurring, increase your circulatory system with increased blood flow to working muscles, rehabilitate a nagging injury, improve your back aches, hip, and hamstring tightness that you may have by adding stretching to your program. Stretching is a very important and vital part to your exercise regimen that most of us tend to neglect which completes the wholeness of any exercise program and should not be taken for granted. How do you want to move, bend, lift, and pull when you're 70?  

       A Personalized Nutritional Program: Understand how to balance your meals, select healthy foods, improve your day to day activities with more energy, as well as your performance during exercise, and decrease weight loss. Meal strategies, a healthy food choice list, proper guidelines for nutrition, water and supplement intake will be given as well as learning the difference between physical and emotional hunger.
